Welcome to LUMA Fashion Pakistan. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to LUMA Fashion Pakistan. LUMA Fashion Pakistan operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). LUMA Fashion Pakistan is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online store. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.

LUMA offers thrifted, pre-owned, vintage, and/or previously owned clothing and other items. Products may naturally show signs of previous use, wear, or minor imperfections.

Any noticeable flaws, marks, imperfections, or condition details that we are aware of will be disclosed in the product description or shown in the product photographs whenever reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product photographs, descriptions, measurements, sizing information, and condition details before placing an order.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. LUMA Fashion Pakistan reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion.

Your order is not accepted until LUMA Fashion Pakistan confirms acceptance.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been confirmed, LUMA may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

After an order is placed, LUMA may contact you through WhatsApp using the contact number provided with your order for order confirmation, delivery coordination, or other matters directly related to fulfilling your order.

LUMA does not provide customer support by phone.

If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you through the email address provided with your order and/or through WhatsApp where appropriate.

All purchases from LUMA are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds except where LUMA determines that an item was incorrectly supplied or has a significant undisclosed issue, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation where applicable.

Shipping charges may be listed separately or included in the total amount payable for an order.

For orders within Pakistan, a standard shipping charge of Rs. 300 applies unless otherwise stated.

Depending on the order process, the shipping charge may be collected separately in advance or included in the total order amount.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and contact information for all purchases made at our store.

You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address and contact number, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when necessary.

You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, if any.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

LUMA charges a standard shipping fee of Rs. 300 for orders within Pakistan unless otherwise stated.

The shipping charge may be collected separately in advance or included in the total order amount.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

LUMA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, incorrect or incomplete customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and valid contact information.

After an order is placed, LUMA may contact the customer through WhatsApp for order confirmation and delivery coordination.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

LUMA Fashion Pakistan is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with LUMA Fashion Pakistan.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and LUMA Fashion Pakistan, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with LUMA Fashion Pakistan, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
