Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 300 applies to orders within Pakistan.

Depending on the order and payment method, the shipping fee may be:

• Collected in advance before the order is dispatched; or

• Included in the total order amount at the time of purchase.

The applicable shipping amount will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after confirmation of the order and, where applicable, payment of the required shipping amount.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and other circumstances.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handed over to our delivery/courier partner for delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Please make sure that your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order. LUMA cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Delivery Delays

While we work to ensure timely delivery, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Important Note

The Rs. 300 shipping charge is a delivery fee and is separate from the price of the purchased item(s) unless it has already been included in the order total.
